Exceptionally skilled builder, incredibly hard working, meticulous, dependable, timely, honest, considerate and great communicator are just some of words that describe Jay, owner of Ethics.  By far, the best builder we have ever used in 37 years.  Built a beautiful 4 season room, mostly by himself in 6 weeks.  Amazing work! Ethics Home Building did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom.  Jay’s hard work and attention to detail transformed our old bathroom into a beautiful masterpiece.  Jay completed the job when he said he would, and he was very easy to communicate with. Ehthics homebuilding was recommended by electrician, Mike Matthews we couldn’t be any happier with the pricing, the work ethic, very cordial. He also said these r the times I will be here and there was barely a time he wasn’t.. I would recommend him 1 million times over it’s the first time we’ve ever worked with him (jay) is his name. This was my wife and I first big house project and we didn’t know what to expect. Jay made this such a great experience for us. He was super nice and had every step of the project broken down for us. Anytime we had a question he always got right back to us. We even made some last minute changes and Jay had no issues changing the design. Jay took his time and made sure everything came out flawless. I will never use anyone else for any house project and I would only recommend Ethics Home Building to anyone doing a house project. Jay is an amazing contractor!! He definitely has a special gift to build and we’re so glad we found him. He built an in law apartment for my dad in a matter of months. He’s a hard worker and he’s dedicated to his work. He’s also one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Again we’re so glad we found Jay and we’re looking forward to working with him again!! I had the privilege of working with Jay Nadeau and the Ethics Home Builders team not once, but twice, for my garage rebuild projects.

The first time was back in 2014, when it looked like my garage was on its last legs and was supposed to be torn down. Jay came in with a vision and unparalleled craftsmanship, completely transforming it into a structurally superior and highly functional space.

Fast forward to 2021, my garage was unfortunately hit by a tornado. As anyone in such a predicament would do, I turned to Jay and his team again. They tore down what remained and built a new garage from scratch. It's hard to believe, but the new structure surpassed even the first one in quality and functionality.

What sets Jay and Ethics Home Builders apart is not just the high level of craftsmanship but also their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. It's exceedingly rare to find a builder who communicates as well and as honestly as Jay does.

Very happy I chose Ethics Home Building and Remodeling. Jay installed 8 replacement windows, a custom patio atrium door, along with kitchen and computer rooms flooring.
